We aim to process orders within 3 working days however, due to popularity and stock levels on certain products, please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be processed. 

Please allow up to 14 working days for personalised goods. 

Orders are sent via courier on a next day service. 

 You may return any item bought from our standard range within 14 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.  

We cannot accept return of the following:

• Goods that have been embroidered or printed.
• Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
• Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*.
